成元德先生 1945 年出生于江苏省南通市。国家一级美术师，中央国家机关书协会员，中国文联书画艺术交流中心会员，中国楹联学会会员，中国硬笔书协会员，江苏省书协会员，中国党建画院院士，全国书画艺术委员会副主席。现任央广国际文化交流委员会副主席、金盾影视中心书画院常务副院长，中国国家画院长青轩艺术中心艺术总监，中国国际交流书画院副院长，《人民日报》民生书画艺术院副院长，台湾故宫书画院名誉院长，香港特区文化艺术总会荣誉主席，澳门(特区)画院副院长，海南省文昌市航天国际影视中心书画院副院长，香港(特区)美术家会副主席，中国文化艺术发展促进会会员、中国诗书画研究会会员，中国书画院常务理事，中企报盟信息科学研究院院士，中国书画艺术指导委员会副会长，非遗金牌手艺人，中央电视台《艺术传承》客座教授，亚洲书画家协会副主席，《中法文化之春》形象宣传大使。
