　　此刻，有这样一群人——“时代人物·非物质文化遗产传承大家”，他们以坚定的文化使命感，化身传统文化的守护者与创新者。他们俯身耕耘于古老技艺的田野，用双手延续千年匠心;他们以创新为笔，为传统注入时代活力，让非遗在当代社会重焕生机;他们跨越地域与国界，将东方美学与文化故事带向世界，搭建起文明对话的桥梁。

　　他们不仅是技艺的传承者，更是文化的摆渡人。在传统与现代的碰撞中，他们以卓越的艺术造诣、矢志不渝的坚守，诠释着非遗的永恒魅力;用代代相传的信念，书写着中华文明绵延不绝的壮丽篇章。他们的故事，是对“守正创新”最生动的注脚，更是留给时代最珍贵的文化遗产。

　　余新志，石竹斋书画院院长，中国沫若书画院终身院长，徐悲鸿画院艺术顾问，国际书画家协会常务主席，中国陶行知教育基金会艺术总监，西南交通大学客座教授，中国香港文联副主席等百余职。1989 年就在中国美术馆成功举办个人书画展，声震画坛，享誉海内外。2007 年应邀参加外蒙古国“纪念成吉思汗成立 800 周年”大型活动，被授予“成吉思汗”荣誉勋章;2010 年被世界华人华侨总会评为“世界华人精英优秀人物”和“世界华人杰出艺术家”;2011 年被国家授予“共和国杰出书画家”勋章;2014 年被授予“全国‘五·一’劳模”勋章;2015 年被评为“非物质文化遗产传承人物”，授予“一代宗师” 荣誉称号。2017 年在美国洛杉矶举办画展，受邀走进联合国会议大厅参加高峰论坛会，受到布鲁斯·罗茨主席的亲切接并合影留念。2021 年余新志先生与张大千、林散之、李苦禅、林凤眠、启功、李可染、欧阳中石、黄永玉、沈鹏等顶尖级艺术家被评为“艺术百年·新中国十大巅峰艺术家”。余老先生几十年来，走遍大江南北，全身心投入竹画写生创作，收集素材数千幅，终于在 2012 年创作完成了长 103 米、宽 1.2 米的百米长卷《百竹雄魂图——万竿竹魂铸春秋》，创下“画竹种类最多、最美的百米长卷”世界纪录，传承千秋。2016 年百米长卷又被载入《中国国史》，为世人留下了不朽的竹画史料、宝贵财富，永载史册。2024 年经国家艺术档案馆严格审评授予余新志为《中国四大国粹传承人》，并颁发荣誉证书。2024 年 7 月授予《中国书画百年巨匠传人》颁发荣誉锦旗、荣誉证书。从 1993 年以来，中国邮政总局先后为余新志先生出版珍藏纪念邮票三十余套，全球发行，传播文化。并先后出版发行余新志个人专著画集数百套。上百幅作品被国家博物馆、中国美术馆等国内外几百家艺术藏馆永久收藏陈列。其个人传略被载入《中国人物年鉴》《中国国史》《中国历代美术家名人大辞典》《世界人物辞海》等百余部辞书。余新志先生倾尽毕生心血，为弘扬中华民族优秀的传统文化作出了杰出贡献。

In1989, he successfully held a personal calligraphy and paintingexhibition at the National Art Museum of China, which shookthe art world and gained a reputation both domestically andinternationally. In 2007, he was invited to participate in thelarge-scale event commemorating the 800th anniversary of thefounding of Genghis Khan in Outer Mongolia and was awardedthe Genghis Khan Medal of Honor; In 2010, he was awarded thetitles of "Outstanding Figure of World Chinese Elite" and"Outstanding Artist of World Chinese" by the World Federationof Chinese and Overseas Chinese; In 2011, he was awarded the"Outstanding Calligrapher and Painter of the Republic" medalby the state; In 2014, he was awarded the "National May 1stModel Worker" medal; In 2015, he was awarded the title of "Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritor" and bestowed with thehonorary title of "Grandmaster of the First Generation". In 2017, he held an art exhibition in Los Angeles, USA and was invited toenter the United Nations conference hall to attend the summitforum. He was warmly welcomed by President Bruce Roots andtook a group photo as a souvenir. In 2021, Mr. Yu Xinzhi, alongwith top artists such as Zhang Daqian, Lin Sanzhi, Li Kuchan, LinFengmian, Qi Gong, Li Keran, Ouyang Zhongshi, Huang Yongyu, and Shen Peng, was named one of the "Top Ten Peak Artists ofArt Century · New China". Mr. Yu has been traveling acrossthe country for decades, dedicating himself wholeheartedly tobamboo painting and sketching, collecting thousands ofmaterials. Finally, in 2012, he completed the 100 meter longscroll "A Hundred Bamboo Heroes' Soul Picture - Ten ThousandPole Bamboo Soul Casting Spring and Autumn", which is 103meters long and 1.2 meters wide, setting a world record for "the most diverse and beautiful 100 meter long scroll ofbamboo painting" and passing it down for generations to come.In 2016, the 100 meter long scroll was included in the "Historyof China", leaving behind immortal bamboo painting historicalmaterials and precious wealth for the world, forever recordedin the annals of history. In 2024, after strict evaluation by theNational Art Archives, Yu Xinzhi was awarded the title of "Inheritor of China's Four National Treasures" and presentedwith an honorary certificate. In July 2024, an honorary bannerand certificate will be awarded to the "Descendants of theHundred Years of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Masters". Since 1993, the General Administration of Post of China haspublished over 30 sets of commemorative stamps for Mr. YuXinzhi, which have been distributed globally to spread culture. And have successively published and distributed hundreds ofsets of Yu Xinzhi's personal monograph art collections. Hundreds of works have been permanently collected anddisplayed in hundreds of art galleries both domestically andinternationally, such as the National Museum and the NationalArt Museum of China. His personal biographies have beenincluded in more than 100 dictionaries such as the Yearbook ofChinese Characters, the National History of China, theDictionary of Chinese Artists and Celebrities in Past Dynasties, and the Dictionary of World Characters. Mr. Yu Xinzhi devotedhis entire life to promoting the excellent traditional culture ofthe Chinese nation and made outstanding contributions.
