何文芳,一级书法家、广东华南书画院会员、北京华夏兰亭书画院院士。中共党员，男，汉族，大专学历，出生于广东连州市北部红枫之山村:清江冲头村。曾在中学任教十多年，后任教办主任。曾任连州市清江镇党委书记兼镇长。副处级待遇。

　　曾学习新闻学，釆写并被刊登较多的新闻报道。为《韶关日报》、《清远日报》特约通讯员;《广东劳动报》、《广东創业者》杂志社记者。

　　自学生时代起，爱好书法，擅长隶书。自 2020年后，先后三十多次参加全国性书法比赛，均获得荣誉证书。先后有毛泽东《十六字令三首》、《沁园春雪》、《邓小平论改革开放》、《清贫高古》，以及唐、宋代历史名人诗词书法作品，被专家终审入选全国性巡展。先后应朋友之意，书写隶书作品近百幅。2024 年以来，多次全国书法大赛荣获特等奖、一等奖荣誉。

　　余热润墨韵，传承中华源。2018 年至 2022 年，被市志办聘请，参与编辑《全粤村情》(连州卷)，并参与编写《连州古驿道》一书。近年来，撰写了二十多篇历史方面资料的文章，先后在《人文湘南》、《清远古今》等杂志刊物发表。

　　书法作品，宋范仲淹《岳阳楼记》，已被故宫博物院永久性收藏。

　　He Wenfang, a first-class calligrapher, member of Guangdong South China Painting and Calligraphy Academy, and academician of Beijing Huaxia Lanting Painting and Calligraphy Academy. A member of the Communist Party of China, male, Han ethnicity, with an associate degree, born in Qingjiangchongtou Village,Hongfeng Mountain Village, Lianzhou City, Guangdong Province. He taught at a middle school for over a decade before becoming the director of the education department. He served as the Party Committee Secretary and Mayor of Qingjiang Town, Lianzhou City,with the rank of deputy department level.

　　I majored in journalism and have written and published numerous news reports. I served as a special correspondent for *Shaoguan Daily* and *Qingyuan Daily*, as well as a journalist for *Guangdong Labor News* and *Guangdong Entrepreneurs* magazine.

　　Since my student days, I have been passionate about calligraphy, specializing in clerical script. After 2020, I have participated in over thirty national calligraphy competitions, receiving honorary certificates each time. My works, including Mao Zedong's "Three Verses of Sixteen Characters," "Snow in the Qinyuanchun," "Deng Xiaoping on Reform and Opening Up," "Purity and Simplicity," as well as calligraphy pieces of historical figures from the Tang and Song dynasties, have been selected by experts for national touring exhibitions. At friends' request, I have completed nearly a hundred clerical script works. Since 2024, I have won special prizes and first prizes in multiple national calligraphy competitions.

　　The residual heat nourishes the charm of ink, carrying forward the heritage of China. From 2018 to 2022, I was hired by the Municipal Archives Office to participate in the compilation of *The Comprehensive Guangdong Village Chronicles* (Lianzhou Volume) and contributed to the writing of the book *Ancient Post Roads of Lianzhou*. In recent years, I have authored over twenty historical research articles, which have been published inmagazines such as *Humanistic Southern Hunan* and *Qingyuan Past and Present*.

　　The calligraphy work "Record of Yueyang Tower" by Song Dynasty's Fan Zhongyan has been permanently collected by the Palace Museum.
